The Sup Hen package is for the active or water loving Hen: Stand Up Paddle Boarding, or SUP, is one of the most enjoyable experiences in Sligo this summer. Join our qualified guides and walk on water in the fastest growing water sport in the world. Picture yourself gliding along the surface of the water whilst standing up and paddling on what is basically a giant surfboard taking in the beautiful Sligo scenery.
After going through the basics with our instructors we will take you on an adventure through the Sligo wilderness. Leaving the hustle and bustle of Sligo we paddle up through Doorly Park towards the old Hazelwood Estate onto the picturesque Lough Gill with stunning views of the Ox Mountains and the Dartry Mountain Range.
With this SUP trip you will find yourself in the town centre one moment and be surrounded by nature in a matter of minutes. Qualified instructors will share their knowledge of the local history and wildlife on this incredible adventure making it a fun and memorable experience on your Hen night.
